DR. HABIL ANNA SALEK

Dr. habil. Anna Salek started her career with a Master Degree in Microbiology.

In 1979, she received her Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology from the University of Warsaw. In 1989 she was awarded a Sc.D. habilitation from the University of Olsztyn and the Institute of Biotechnology in Warsaw.

Her areas of expertise include biocontrol, microbiological problems and hybridization of industrial strains. During her career, Dr. Salek acquired experience in a number of fields in research and didactics. These include positions at the University of Warsaw, the Institute of Biotechnology in Warsaw, University of Würzburg, Germany and the Technical University of Munich, Germany.  Additionally,, she has worked at the  the GSF-National Research Centre for Environmental and Health in Munich.

At Pollux, she contributes her invaluable experience through her work in the pharmaceutical industry, such as for example,  as a manager of a pharmaceutical company and as a laboratory manager in microbiology, mycology and environmental chemistry.

Dr. habil. Anna Salek has published above 100 research papers, gives lectures at congresses and has registered six patents. She is also involved in a number of  scientific committees and is a member of various professional bodies.

DR. BARBARA KOLM

Dr. Barbara Kolm is one of the leading libertarian women in Europe, Vice President of the Austrian National Bank, Director of the Austrian Economics Center (No. 1 Independent Think Tank in Austria and No. 21 worldwide), President of the Hayek Institute, Professor of Austrian Economics at the University of Donja Gorica in Montenegro and member of several supervisory boards, e.g. Vienna Insurance Group, Supervisory Board of Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. She was appointed Vice Chair of the UN ITU Focus Group on Environmental Efficiency for Artificial Intelligence and other Emerging Technologies (AI4EE) and Chair of the Thematic Group for the United for Smart Sustainable City Index.

DIPL. VERW. WIRT (FH) GÜNTHER KNOBLAUCH

Chairman of the advisory board

The Dipl. Verw. Wirt (FH) and former member of the Bavarian State Parliament as well as former mayor of the district town Mühldorf am Inn worked for 18 years in the District Office Altötting as a government official. Knoblauch was a member of the city council of Mühldorf from 1978 to 1990 and was in charge of the city's fortunes as First Mayor from 1990 to 2013. In addition, he held numerous offices, among others as district chairman of the district towns and communities of Upper Bavaria in the Bavarian Association of Cities (since 1996), member of the board of the Bavarian Association of Cities (since 1996), member of the main committee of the German Association of Cities, and as a member of the administrative board of the Sparkasse Altötting-Mühldorf. In 2011 he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit with Ribbon.

DR. LUDWIG DECKER

A tax consultant and auditor studied business administration in Cologne and received his doctorate from the University of Trier with a thesis on working capital management and credit rating in German medium-sized companies. In addition to his activities for Ernst & Young and bakertilly (Rölfs WP Partner AG), the experienced entrepreneur is responsible as managing partner in several companies in the Netherlands and Germany. His experience ranges from the production of sustainable animal fats and proteins for the food industry to ready-to-use nutrient media for microbiological diagnostics.

Dr. h.c. Dipl. Ing Robert Priller_gesche

DR. H.C. DIPL. ING. ROBERT PRILLER

A studied architect and entrepreneur who has dedicated himself for more than 20 years to hygiene, especially for air and water. In 1989 Robert Priller started with the technical office R. Priller - engineering and consulting services for air and water hygiene in buildings, which resulted in the foundation of domatec GmbH in Mühldorf in 2004. The company has branches and holdings in Germany and Austria.
