POLLUX BIOTECHNOLOGIE GMBH TAKES OFF

On the initiative of the founders domatec GmbH, Dr. habil. Anna Salek, Dr. Ludwig Decker and sharedforces GmbH, Pollux Biotechnologie GmbH starts its operations in Gmund am Tegernsee. The company also works closely with domatec GmbH in Mühldorf am Inn and Dr. habil. Anna Salek in the development of natural active ingredients for food supplements and food additives. The foundation and the administrative and ICT agendas, as well as the sales and distribution are accompanied by sharedforces GmbH, which has been based in Gmund since August 2020.

Sebastian Fladerer, a biochemist from Lenggries who holds a doctorate and works for domatec, was recruited as head of development and technical director.

The company also has an active advisory board advising the management, consisting of Dr. Barbara Kolm (Vice President of the Austrian National Bank and Director of the think tank Austrian Economics Center), Günther Knoblauch (former Member of the Bavarian State Parliament and former First Mayor of Mühldorf am Inn), Dr. Ludwig Decker (tax consultant and auditor, managing partner of Xebios Diagnostics GmbH), Dr. habil. Anna Salek (habilitated natural scientist) and Dr. h.c. Dipl. Ing. Robert Priller (entrepreneur and managing director of domatec GmbH)
